I have been looking for a glass or ceramic lined travel mug for hot and cold drinks that has a lid with easy to clean parts. I didn't want any sliding or hidden parts that had unreachable areas and therefore could harbor something gross.First of all, the lid has a gasket that can be easily removed and cleaned. The flip top cap is not fancy so there aren't areas that could harbor bacteria, unlike those pop-up sippy/squeeze tops on a lot of water bottles or the ones that you have to slide to open. Even the opening for the straw is made of a rubber gasket that can be removed and washed.The rubber bottom of the mug can also be taken off (it must be removed first in order to slip off the leather band) which is great!! I have a glass travel mug from another brand that had a rubber grip band and it can't be removed. Water and things get trapped in between the rubber and glass and it is gross to see. I love that that this mug can be thoroughly cleaned! ❤ In fact the company seems to promote it by providing cleaning tools for the mug and the straw! A thousand bonus points in my opinion!!! 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍Love this mug!! I haven't had it long enough to comment on its durability but I love everything about it so far ❤❤❤❤

Great quality. I liked how the silicone bottom and leather band come off for easy washing. I just wished there was more of an option for 24oz or 32oz. I will keep checking periodically, fingers crossed.

I had trouble figuring out if its glass or some type of acrilic.Another thing is they should have included a straw cover on the mugly lid

I didn't realize how good water tastes from glass. I have used stainless steel containers for years. I'll never go back! This travel cup looks good and is a great size. I love the non-skid, removable bottom and cozy.

So pretty but not durable. Smashed to pieces first time it slipped out of my hands. Would not recommend for travel or outdoors.

I'll start off by saying the cup looks great and all the accessories it comes with are also pretty nice, however my drinks don't seem to stay warm in this cup for very long. Another annoyance, although small is that when opening it to drink the latch pulls the straw hole cover open as well.

I bought this because the product description said it was very durable (compared to non borosilicate glass). I’ve only had for a week or so and with one small drop it shattered and the sleeve and boot did nothing to protect it. it basically just fell on its side and shattered. I wish I could get a refund. Disappointed in the durability of this product. Do not buy.
