Really glad I bought this. I did have to re-tighten several connections after my first try assembling it, as it was leaky at first. Since then, no leaks whatsoever and we love the experience of showering with this now. We have what I'd consider decent water pressure upstairs. I chose not to remove the flow restrictor, and I'm happy for having not done this. It seems like it uses less water than the old shower head did- I've noticed not having to turn up the hot water mid-shower in winter, unlike when using the old one, when I'd have to chase the hot water from the hot water heater several times while showering. I imagine this will have an impact on the water bill as well. The thing is, it *feels* like showering with more water pressure, so we never notice that we're actually using less water. The whole thing has a very premium feel to it- does not feel cheap or plastic-y, even the parts that are actually plastic. I don't take the head out of its mount much, but it's great for rinsing the tub before taking a bath, so I'm glad to have this option.

Very happy with my purchase! Affordable price, fast delivery and very nice quality Shower Head ( sleek design too). The installation was super easy, took me about 10 minutes to do it myself( for a female- FYI). My shower has a water filter, which doesn’t make it very appealing , but the health benefits are more important to me. What I like the most about my new shower head is it’s direct flow, and that the water doesn’t spray all over off my shower walls anymore! I really appreciate spending significantly less time wiping it down after I’m done. Highly recommend this showerhead to anyone! PS: I even received a courtesy follow-up email from the company. They wanted to make sure that I’m happy with my purchase... “ Thank you guys, I am very happy!”

I was able to reach customer service and received a replacement. Works great now. I like the slim profile and the overall finish. It looks good. The functionality is also good. Good pressure, great settings. But the sound is terrible.. in most settings it is extremely noisy. It’s so noisy that’s you can’t listen to music or hold a conversation. I tried removing the washer and still does the same. I wouldn’t recommend this anyone.

First off i'd like to say this is probably one of the best handheld units that i've tried and i've tried probably 5 different ones. It's very thin and light weight and also on a nice swivel when locked into place. I like the design of the shower head and also how easy it was to install. After putting on some teflon tape this shower head didn't leak at all. I had one before it that leaked even after I tightened it. The only downside is the price. I feel that $45 is a bit steep for a single handheld unit, but it is a good shower head so I would say it was worth it for the most part.

Arrived promptly with next day delivery. This was purchased with suction-cup hand rails and a shower bench to make an accessible shower for a post-operative wife. Easy to install--comes with all the parts except for a pliers. Be advised, at this price, this is mostly plastic, but that means it's lightweight and easy to handle. And the 1.7m hose means it reaches almost to the floor of my shower. It's a quality product that sealed well for me. I had it up and running with no leaks in five minutes. I'm a believer--this is a great option for a quick and effective shower head conversion!

Absolutely love it!!!! Easy installation and clear directions. The spray is great and the hand held part is lighter than most the others I’ve tried. Also the hose is flexible and not hard like others. I’ve had other hand held a and this one by far is the best quality and so reasonably priced! Very happy!

And dent pro should it fall (as its too hollow in structure) and if it takes a hit in the shower its done! Its nice in the color and style but, its not a Kohler, Delta or a Moen in grade and quality. This purchase was an aggrevation that Amazon as a prime member rectified it rightfully to me. They refunded it as it was a gift for my mom and got ruined it all together. The box was MIA the water stoppers (All 3) and the Amazon Rep suggested to go to Home Depot and purchase to replace these missing parts. I defended the seller and then their Rep David in his whine mode made my effort a waste. Amazon Prime is worthy in such instances and Amazon did right to me. David in Aquarius as their rep was suggesting, like I am moronic and “that maybe the stoppers all three were already in place to be installed”! This tact of his if I could give a 0, I would and David authenticity I retract in stating you were or are! I am far from a drenched in stupidity mode to know these parts were not in my order. Amazon diligently rectified their mistake as for you, David on the other hand well my review is crystal clear and documented properly! Dont email David and as in your whine mode as you state “You, will take it up with Amazon” do as you wish. An effort to defend a seller on my part will never commence again. Thank you Amazon for correcting this drama and purchase! Invest more money and get a Kohler, Moen, or a Delta. You get what you pay for and this product aside the drama I had its elegant looking but, a deceiving in looks as they say! If drop mode occurs in a 1,2,3 this product will diisappoint any customer!

I am very happy with this shower head. It is much better than the WaterPik it replaced. It has the perfect amount of spray coverage and pressure without the need to remove flow restriction devices, although I read in other reviews that there are removable restrictors if greater pressure is desired. I like strong water pressure, and the out-of-the-box setup works just fine for me without modification. The showerhead looks great in the brushed nickel finish. The only negative comment I have is that it is a little loud, but not so much that I am uncomfortable with it. I will likely buy another one for my kids' bathroom. One more thing: the stainless hose is quite long. It would work very well in a shower-in-tub combo for reaching down to small children or pets. But in my shower, when the shower head is in its cradle, the loop in the hose hangs down far enough to touch the water control knob. Sometimes it wants to loop around the knob handle. Again, a minor inconvenience. The positives far outweigh the negatives, still a five-star rating from me.
