I was recently diagnosed with a moderate buildup of osteophytes on one of my hips. I immediately signed up for PT, as well as looking into what I could do in terms of supplements. As luck would have it “Joint Xtra” showed up in my queue and I ordered it and have been taking the supplements as directed. My hip feels almost back to normal. Of course, how much of that result is due to the PT and how much is due to the supplement is difficult to ascertain without stopping one or the other, which I’m not willing to do at this time. In terms of value, these supplements seem in line with what I’ve seen in my research. Each bottle contains 90 large pills, but the recommended dosage is 3 pills a day, so each bottle contains a 30 day supply. So far I’m happy with the results.

I have been taking similar formulations of glucosamine and turmeric for over a year. I have joint pain from doing martial arts for years now and two knee surgeries, and these capsules along with collagen and hyaluronic acid keep my body feeling good overall. I like the glucosamine formulas that include turmeric because they kick in within days instead of weeks. This one has half as much turmeric, no quercetin, and a different mix of natural herbs compared to the last brand I tried, but it has 4x the chondroitin. So, I felt it was a trade-off which is hopefully about equal. So far, I haven't backslid since switching over to these a couple weeks ago, so that's a good sign! These are significantly more pricey than other similar brands I've tried, so I hope to feel some additional benefit over time.

The ingredients in this supplement are a concoction of such, Horsetail Powder (made from shavegrass), Cats claw powder (made from tree bark) , ginger, tumeric, black pepper, & other things. The overall ingredients list is pretty impressive and makes me want to continue to this supplement to receive the benefits. Marketed to provide increased mobility & joint relief, you get 5 bottles of 90 capsules. Each bottle lasts about a month. Overall a pretty solid deal. Recommended.

There's 5 bottles worth of Joint Xtra Advanced Support Supplements. 30 day supply in each bottle. I didn't expect to get so many bottles when I got this. I take Glucosamine Chondroitin supplements since I have troubles with my joints. These seem to have the same good effect on my knees as the other supplements I usually take. Didn't notice any difference really so I believe they are working as expected. They are also soy and dairy free. Which is good for another family member of mine who also takes Glucosamine but cannot do the soy. Overall, I think having 5 bottles worth is a great thing. Means I won't have to worry about getting a new bottle for quite a while.

For a five months supply, the price of around $150 is actually quite reasonable considering all of the benefits packed in one capsule. It is a little early to tell if these are helping with my joint problems but am trying and if I see benefit will post an update. So far, happy to recommend these.

If you're considering purchasing, just remember that while $165 seems like a lot, that translates to only $33 per bottle, which isn't horrible if it works for you. Right now there's a 20% coupon which takes the edge off too. These are big honka-chunky capsules that are a beigey brown in color, but fortunately don't come with any offputting flavor and don't smell bad like some do. They do contain what's needed ingredient-wise for joint support, so rest assured you are in good hands there. I would recommend giving 1 bottle a try, then going for this afterwards, if your doctor supports it too.

These supplements for joint health have a number ingredients that you would expect such as turmeric, chrondroitin SMS, etc, but also have some traditional herbs added as well. They've been easy to take and haven't noticed any side effects. Hope they're doing good. Hard to notice a difference. I've had issues with my elbow and knee for years and have had to take different supplements to help with stiffness and pain. Most of the supplements I've taken have been glucosamine chondroitin, and I've taken tumeric supplements separately. This blend gives me the best of both worlds and comes in a big enough quantity to last me for several months. Doing the math, it comes out much cheaper as a bulk order than repurchasing the other stuff I was using every month. I'm very happy with these and my joints are feeling great.
