Is the "official size" football for high school athletes? Youth?

It's official size. it's made of rubber and can become oversized if overinflated. there are another one of these footballs and it's filled with concrete-like substance only to be used to increase arm strength. you do not want anyone to try to catch these footballs. but they are too large and heavy for youth. I got these for my son when he was 13.at the start of his 8th grade year his throwing distance had increased by 11 yards .great training tool.be safe

Will it arrive shorter then what it says ?
