Sensory Chair for Kids — Inflatable Peapod for Children, Includes Electric Air Pump

Bought for my high functioning autistic daughter who struggles a great deal with sensory. This really helped her. Made her calm and feel good. She sits in it and sways side to side at times others she grabs a blanket and pulls it to living room just to lay down. It gives a nice little squeeze which her body needs. I don't much like how big it is but it's worth having it around to calm her body and make her feel safe and ok to just sit. If you are a parent that knows them this is a good buy.

Bought this for my neice who has autism. She is obsessed with this chair. She has used it for 2 years now and there have been no holes or tears. It can also fit a full sized adult.

Have had for 2 months with minimal use my 34lb 4 year old sat in it and it popped i was standing right beside of him no rough housing etc he just sat on it unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this product

Did it hold up longer than I expected? YesDid the company refund me when it developed holes and wouldn't inflate anymore? YesDid the company have great customer service? YesMy 3 year old and 12 year old loved it while it lasted. I just think my kids and inflatables maybe don't mix. It's great for sensory seekers as it squeezes them and provides sensory input.

My son got it and was immediately obsessed. The air pump was great and it was easy to inflate. However, after about hour or so of playing in it, on one side it began to deflate. I thought maybe it just stretched out and needed to be inflated again…shortly after re-inflating it, it began to deflate again . My son was pretty bummed. I searched for the leak but was unable to find it. I would probably recommend a different brand?

It is really easy to set up & the size is great. my 5 & 1 year old can fit at same time with comfort. I bought it specifically for my 5 year old on the spectrum as he really likes to sit inbetween tight spaces so i thought this would be a nice sensory output for him. He LOVED it. Unfortunately after 4 days, i noticed one side of the pod was deflating. That’s when i seen the seams on one side of the chair had popped so it won’t stay inflated. i tried patching it with tape as i really don’t want to return it since my son did enjoy it but it won’t hold /:

My son had the same one given to him as a gift from his occupational therapist and we had it for over three years with no issues . Bought this one and in less than a month it is barely holding air. Might just be a defective one - but will have to shop around next time because he loves his sensory pods.
