Was researching blood sugar levels effect on the body and came across a reference that luteolin helps prevent the body's absorbtion of sucrose/fructos. I was game to see if that might be true, and ordered this product. Apparently the liposomal aspect of this product is important because of the way the stomach effects luteolin otherwise. That said, within a week of taking this supplement, I found that I didn't remotely want the other half of a brownie I was eating and generally was steering my food choices away from sweets and sugary drinks- something very new to me at over 50 years old! Also, while the effects are subtle, and if you are paying attention, I realized my mental clarity both improved and correspondingly I saw a real reduction in some of my anxiety related issues. I've since ordered a couple more bottles of this, and look forward to the direction this is going. I read some good things about Luteolin, ranging from lowering blood pressure, brain and skin improvements, to halting gray hair, so I thought I would give it a try. I read it also lowers heart rate and mine is already pretty low, so that was my only concern about taking it. I read the normal dosage is typically 50 – 100 mg per day. This supplement suggests two softgels a day or a total of 800 mg, so I have been taking just one per day (400 mg) for about six weeks without any ill side effects. I did notice that I have not been forgetting things as much as before. It was like I was having a brain fog now and then. My heartrate has remained normal, for me. At one softgel each day, this two-pack order will last four months, unless I increase my dosage. After my first bottle is done, I might take two per day and see if there are any more improvements.

The reason for taking this supplement is that luteolin is found in daily foods like apples and carrots, green peppers, cabbage, celery, and olive oil but we tend to get as little as 1mg per day, even with a typical diet. I have read that Luteolin also has anti inflammatory properties. It also has helped with age related hair graying. . . I feel that this Liposomal Luteolin supplement is of benefit to me for those reasons.

800 mg of liposomal Luteolin I am using for more than 6 months. I like this supplement ,because my memory improving and skin little better. I noticed ,that my blood pressure more stable also . Highly recommend this supplement to any age. Easy to swallow,great benefits for entire body functions
