Lashing Tie-downs
The economically priced tie-down strap sets were easy to use, but lack durability and easily frey when holding down textureous materials.

Damaged product!!
I recently bought a set of two Bullring lashing straps, they seem to be of a good quality but one of them arrived damaged!!! And I feel disappointed… would’ve rated this a 5 stars product otherwise.

Handy little straps
They’re certainly not heavy duty tie downs, but they work well, super easy to use, and are as advertised!I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc they are already starting to fray a little in some places after only 2 uses. Not too sure about the longevity of this item but they are inexpensive and working great for now!

Quality light duty lashing straps with some features
There are all kinds of lashing straps like this, which I’m sure you know if you’re reading this review, but these Bill Ring straps have a couple nice features that set them apart. First is the rubber protective covering on the buckle which should help to eliminate scuffs and marks on things you’re securing. The other are the handy little Velcro type straps which can be used to secure the excess strap from flying around if used in a vehicle, or just to keep the straps from getting caught-up in things. I had this happen with some other straps once when the loose end got caught in the chain of my motorcycle. Not a good situation.Overall, the quality of the materials and construction seems top-notch, though I would consider these a light duty type of strap (though they are rated at 550 lbs.) Definitely not as heavy as a typical ratchet strap, nor are they meant to be. Really happy to have the opportunity to evaluate these Bill Ring straps and am sure I’ll be putting them to hood use for years to come.

Just okay
I purchased to use with a bike carrier on my car. Idea being as redundant security for holding the bikes in place. The rubber that surrounds the cam lock is more in the way and helpful. I often have to pull it out of the way to slip the strap into the cam lock. The cam lock does not securely lock the strap in place. I cinch the strap tight and it is loose after just a moment behind the car. 100 yards down my drive way. I now tie a knot with the extra strap as security. I would not recommend these if you my rely on it solely for securing a load.

Handy tiedown straps for applications not needing a ratchet
This is a simple loop strap designed to hold down coolers, kayaks, surfboards, luggage, and other light-ish items. The cam buckle is enclosed in a rubber boot to prevent damaging the cargo or paintwork. It's not a ratchet strap and it has no hooks, so you need full access to the rack or tie-down rings of your vehicle.I tried it to secure a cooler to a hitch rack and it worked fine. It did not loosen nor damage any paintwork. It was significantly easier to store than a hooked ratchet strap. The velcro excess holder is a nice touch. I see these as a fine adjunct to but not a replacement for ratchet straps that are generally much stronger.
