WESAPPINC Silicone Rubber Non-Slip Bumper Feet Strips Replacement for Microsoft Surface Book Laptop 1, 2, or 3 13.5"

My Surface Book needed new silicone pads on the bottom and these fit perfectly. It comes with a tool to help you place it on. This is just what I needed.

I was a little disappointed in my SurfaceBook 2 when I saw the bumper strips falling apart but this replacement has been solid. It is holding up well and I would recommend it.

I have a HP Envy X360 13 and all the rubber strips that advertised they would fit actually did not - either too short or too wide. I saw these that advertised the correct width (5MM) but was way too long - but they can be cut. I cut them to the correct length and they fit with a good adhesive tape.Note though - the the ends are rounded ( not square like the original) plus the top does not have a high center ridge but it is thick enough to do the job.

I’ve only just gotten these, but so far so good. They are a bit thinner than the original strips and a slight different shade of gray, but they seem functional and were easy to install.EDIT:It's now 2/27/25 and I had to reach out to Microsoft Support to buy the strips from Microsoft themselves to see if that works. These did not last long, at ALL. I ordered these on November 22, 2024, and all it's done is left an adhesive mess on the bottom of my machine. (See photo). The thing is that there's more than just the adhesive in play -- there's small pegs on the actual strips which fit into small holes in the laptop.I have a Microsoft Surface Studio Laptop (Gen 1).I had to go through Microsoft support for assistance, and because it was Out of Warranty, I had to pay 12.99 for new strips through them, so I would definitely recommend that one does that instead of wasting money on these strips.

This was listed as being for a Microsoft Surface tablet, but I have an HP Spectre that uses similar nonskid strips that had peeled off. I figured I'd give these a try and they worked perfectly! Adhesion is great and they are easy to install. One thing to note is there is a clear protective film on the outside of these strips. If you don't remove that, they are very slick and your device will slide all over the table. Just peel that off to expose the grippy surface of the strips. I highly recommend these strips.

Doesn't fit (too short), tape comes partially peeled off and adhesive is not strong enough to hold it.
