I can tell you a thing or two about achy shoulders. Waking up in the middle of the night pain, been there, and still am. As far as these product is concerned, it meets my expectations and that's the reason I gave 5 stars. These product provides excellent compression for the shoulders. I wear it at work everyday because of the extra stability it offers for my shoulders. I even sleep in it when I have a lot of discomfort. This product has decreased my shoulder pain which is a plus for me. I know some people complain about the bicep being too tight. Yes it is tight, but after wearing it a bit it tends to become a bit more bearable.

Not good for muscular guys who are broad shouldered, and big shoulders.
Functionality is great, the design is ok but starts coming up my neck and constantly adjusting it. Wish they had bigger sizes, I have big shoulders and very broad, really tight on my biceps as well. Not comfortable to wear long or to workout with.

Golf buddy
As age has crept up on my golfing addicted husband, his shoulders have been letting him know that his swing makes his joints go "boing". Not saying that his game got better, but it sure got less painful
