1 Body Brain Support - Bacopa Monnieri, Lion’s Mane for Memory & Focus

This my first review on Amazon.com after years of purchasing products on this site. Anyway, I've been working at a warehouse for the past 11 months and heavily rely on my short-term memory for counting & memorizing numbers quickly, as well as maintaining a high level of focus as we work with medical products and mistakes and errors are costly. Before I started taking 1 Body's Brain Support Supplement, I heavily relied on taking caffeine daily whether in the form of energy shots or pills, so much so that I reached a tolerance for it (>400mg of caffeine per day) after many months of taking it. I would sometimes if not often, feel dehydrated from taking caffeine, which is also a diuretic. Because of that very reason, I would sometimes, if not often, have to leave work for restroom breaks, which is not good at all on the job. Caffeine's effects on my body had become overall inconsistent overtime and my reliance on it was mostly unhealthy so I started looking at other products online that were healthier, natural, and more efficient alternatives to caffeine for my purposes. After doing some research on nutrients, herbs, and other "brain-food products", I settled on 1 Body's Brain Support Supplement, primarily for its blend of Alpha GPC & Huperzine-A. Ginkgo Biloboa Extract and the rest of the ingredients in the supplement are also pluses. Honestly, though, I will say this: I admit that I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase of this product primarily because there just weren't a lot of reviews of it on Amazon compared to several other supplements that had ton of reviews. Yes, I had some doubts about purchasing this stuff, even after doing research on some the ingredients in the supplement just wondering if it would actually work. To my surprise, this supplement is actually pretty amazing! Over the past 2 weeks of taking 1 Body's Brain Support Supplement, my short-term memory is a lot sharper, I have been able to process numbers much faster at work and I am able to think a lot more clearly. Overall, I love this stuff! It really has been making a difference in the quality of my production at my job. I will absolutely be purchasing more of this supplement in the near future. - Phil P.

I've been using this for about a few months already (around beginning of March 2022). In the beginning, it was extremely helpful! I felt very energized throughout my day (though I will say, I also took Creatine seperately). So, I think it really did help with my performance in school. But, then my routine was broken; I didn't get as much sleep as I should. So, after a while, I started getting headaches. I've been improving on that, but the headaches have still remained. So, instead of taking 3 pills, I take 2 or 1. That seemed to have done it for sure. On top of that, I made sure to also cycle. My issue with this product is the excess amount of B12. There's no reason for so much of this vitamin when it is easily accessible in a regular diet. Also, I would appreciate more verification. Other than this, I think this is pretty great personally. I haven't seen any dark pills like others have had. So, I'll likely keep buying.

On Brain Support for 2.5 mo now. I give it a 5 star rating for improving short term recall significantly! Little facts that would slip my mind are coming back to me w/accuracy & I love that! I’ve cont’d to review various nootropic supplements and I’ve not found another brain supplement that I’d choose over this one! The variety & quantity of nootropics can’t be out done in my books:) As far as brain supplements, I like it. It’s too early to truly say it’s noticeably helping, esp since my RX for inflammation has had me a bit amped up over the last few weeks. Nevertheless, this supp has what I’m looking for in brain support, & I’ve experienced no obvious side effects. Do some reading before choosing your supplements! 9/3/2022 Brain Support has been my “Go to” supplement to help me relax, especially w/my chronic back & leg pain. Finding a product w/L-theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, & all the other great neuro supplements drew me to Brain Support. I’ve had no side effects, but I would encourage each person to follow the instructions, talk w/your Healthcare Provider, & make sure it’s ingredients don’t interfere w/any of your medication(s.)

I have noticed a huge difference when taking these 1 Body Brain Support supplements. I have ADD and Bipolar Disorder. This supplement has greatly improved my mood and my concentration! I was VERY skeptical about taking 1 Body Brain Support supplement, good thing I gave them a try! I had trouble retaining information from what I've read, but ever since taking this supplement, I can definitely see the difference! I also used to get VERY moody, with my bi-polar disorder. I used to get very edgy and stressful about things not going the way I wanted, but now, I've seen it doesn't get to me like it used to. I'm really surprised this supplement really works! I cannot wait to attend college, this supplement is like taking concerta/lamotrigine. This beats taking pharmaceutical medications, especially knowing it's all natural ingredients! No harmful additives nor artificial colors! That gives me a peace of mind. I highly recommend this supplement, I already mentioned it to my friends and family. It worked for me, it could work for you, try them out! As for me, if I run out of 1 Body Brain Support, I will definitely be buying more! Thanks 1 Body!!

I purchased this item while waiting for Cognetics. Brain Support had many of the same ingredients found in Cognetics except for a few and Brain Support arrived in two days with my Prime membership. You get what you pay for, so after comparing both items I'd say Brain Support is worth what your paying as Cognetics is over double the price. If you can't wait and need a close substitute, Brain Support is a very good choice. The dosage of 3 capsules is also more convenient than Cognetics 4 capsules dosage. Over all the results are not as good, but I'd say of all the nootropic products available on AMZ, Brain support is worth a try.

After doing some research I decided to go with this brain support supplement because of the ingredient combination (includes more then most other brain support supplements) and I'm glad I did! I have suffered from depression, anxiety and ADD for most of my life and within a week of taking this supplement I began feeling it loosing its grips on me. And for the very first time in 16 years, I was able to make and stick to the decision to quit smoking! I was a heavy smoker and began smoking at the age of 14 so I never thought I would be able to actually quit. Especially given my mental illnesses and the extreme anxiety I use to experience on a daily basis. Now here I am reaching the 3 week mark and haven't touched a single cigarette!! I have also noticed better concentration, more motivation & energy and my memory has improved ALOT! I definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to get their brain health on track, providing the proper nutrients it needs to stay healthy and strong!

As a person with a mild to moderate traumatic brain injury, serious road cycling crash, I've been searching for the past year for products that will work to help me maintain my focus and short-term memory. Some products work exceptionally well but then stopped working as I neared the end of the bottle almost like my body adjusted to it. And those were very very expensive and a complete waste of time and money. Searching through Amazon I stumbled upon 1 Body Brain Support product and decided to try it. The product sneaks up on you in the sense that there's no massive caffeine rush to where you can't unfocus and relax and there's no jittery eyeball bleeding tension to prevent me from getting sleep. 1 Body seems to have taken a middle-of-the-road approach and then lean slightly to the right. The product works, I've been pulling up memories and maintaining immediate short-term memory which has been my primary issue but without all the negative side effects of the others. No Jitters and I can sleep at night. The fact that it's very reasonably priced is all the more reason why if you're looking for something like I was a little brain help a little brain support and give the 1 Body Brain Support I try.

I originally purchased this supplement because it contained Bacopa + Lions Mane in a single formulation, at a good price. The other ingredients are great, but I already have them in separate pills. I've found that my energy & focus is up and my mood is stable & calm. I feel sharp and alert. This is not quite as powerful as Qualia, but it's about 25% of the cost, and really packs a punch. If you find that this makes you tired, it's most likely the Alpha GPC, followed by the Centrophenoxine (in order of likelihood). Some people are "choline dominant", and any additional choline will knock them out. This trait can also change: Alpha GPC used to make me feel fatigued and I *had* to take a nap. Now, I'm able to take it without a problem, and feel the benefits of the increased alertness and focus.

Delivery was good but not convinced the product is working bought for my husband and its hard to tell if there has been aby changes

Arrived early than the expected delivery but its hard to tell if there has been any changes. I guess I need to take it longer to see the effectiveness.

Went off of other reviews from amazon.com.. didn’t notice anything. They have a great formula, just not sure it’s accurate...

Did not see any effect. I’m not buying again. Waste of money. My daughter also didn’t see effects.
