bought this for my kiddo, and she is highly disappointed in the appearance of this charm. there’s no option to exchange, so it’s going back.firstly, the fastener to attach the balloon dog to your bag, keys, etc. is a different shade than that of the dog itself.while the charm part has a nice gold, glossy finish, the latch (for lack of a better term) is grotesquely yellowed, and has some splotchiness that looks like… water marks? 🤨 not sure if this is someone’s return or what, but it definitely doesn’t appear to be in new condition.additionally, in the image on the listing, the heart charm is engraved with the phrase, “Mezzo Piano, since 1988.”however, the one we received reads, “Mozro Hiano, stince 1988.” definitely bait and switch here. and no, that’s not a typo, it really says “stince 1988.” whatever stince is. 🫤

The media could not be loaded. I really loved this jelly balloon dog keychain when I first got it — the design is adorable, and it’s lightweight and easy to carry. I’ve had it for about 6–7 months now, and I’ll be including photos of how it looked brand new vs. now.But here’s the problem — one small drop indoors and the entire front/body section broke off. Only the back legs (which are attached to the keyring) stayed intact. The product description says things like “no deformation” and “no fracture,” but sadly, mine fractured pretty easily after a normal indoor fall.It’s not an expensive keychain, and I might actually re-order it because it’s so cute — just be aware that you need to handle it carefully. Definitely not as drop-resistant as it sounds.

IT is really cute, but very fragile. It broke a week after I got it.. It was on my car keys, and broke in half.
