The color I received differed significantly from what was shown in the pictures, and it didn’t match my hair color as expected. This discrepancy was very disappointing, especially considering the brand’s promise of a 100% money-back guarantee for color and quality issues. Lastly, the comfort and practicality were not as advertised. The Velcro attachment was not secure, and I struggled to keep the ponytail in place throughout the day. This was pretty easy to put on, but it is heavy so it pulls straight down. Not sure how they achieved the high ponytail look that is advertised on Amazon. The Velcro piece tents to stick out as you move around and gives the ponytail a weird shape. Makes it very obvious that this is in fact a fake ponytail. Somewhat uncomfortable to wear. I bought it to wear in a dance performance, but after trying it on, I would not attempt to dance with it. The hair itself seems very shiny and sleek. I'm not crazy about the piece of hair that wraps around the ponytail because you need a lot of pins to make sure it doesn't move and it still moves. Might work for a Halloween costume though. :)

My hair is very thin and just touches my shoulders, I got this in hopes to add length and that it would work with my thin hair. I was not disappointed! I have worn it a few times now and will continue to, it does tangle a tiny bit but nothing bad, just needed a light combing thru. It stays tight and secure even around my slim natural tiny "ponytail". My one and only complaint is after awhile the comb does start hurting your head.

The hair that wraps around ponytail becomes so matted. The Velcro doesn’t work whatsoever. I had to use a scrunchie to hold it on . Tangled up in a matted mess first day. Got it semi smoothed out next day. Tried using next day amd no couldn’t . I know I shouldn’t expect much for $10 but I was told by those who saw it that they didn’t know it was fake. I’m Losing hair for an unknown reason,to the point it’s upsetting,over past year it’s been a drastic amount i can’t even get a ponytail together,to get this attached to . Thought I’d give this a try. I’d prefer a jaw clip,this way of putting it in just doesn’t work for me.comb is already about to come out.i don’t have thick hair so it’s not my hair damaging it. Sad because I love the color,its so pretty with highlights but now it’s just sitting unable to use. The top part has the unevenness showing now. So if I hadn’t put scrunchie on,you’d see the fake piece that is used to attach to head. Severely disappointed. Ordered a new one from new seller,with jaw clip,waiting on it. But it’s wavy,not straight and not colors like this. Will say these colors were perfect together,blended perfectly with the little bit of hair I have left .

I like the feel, softness and natural looking of this hair bun. Better quality than others I had. The colour is an exact match to my hair and feels so natural. It takes a few attempts and practice to put it on on your own, but overall it's fantastic.

I loved the messy texture of this bun extension and it's fantastic for a lovely, casual look. Please do choose your colour carefully. The colour I chose was very different from the colour I received. That's my only criticism.
