I Amazon searched for 1 3/4 spice jars square and it came up with options that should match exactly. They are 4oz jars. Do the tips of the jars have a plastic cap that can sprinkle and then a cap that goes over it? Worried about moisture getting into the jars.

Yes. The inner cap is 3/4 sprinkle holes with a 1/4" flip open dispenser for bulk. The outer cap is metal. No moisture issues. As someone who didn't always buy the same brand and size container, I love what this has done for organizing my spices. Great buy!
