Great for sourdough starter
I use this to mix my sourdough starter as well as assist in removing the starter when weighing it for baking. Great for stirring and scrapping the sides of the jar growing the starter.

Grey spatula
Looks a good product. However, I didn't take note of the size, as shown in my picture. My red one is an average size spatula. Please make note of this when ordering. I will keep it and see how I get on with it. More ideal for a child. Still worthy of 5 stars.

Sturdy and easy to clean
It's very sturdy unlike some silicone spatulas I've tried. The only reason for the missing star is that it can't be bent like my previous one to allow it to be used in smaller pans. Good grip and easy to clean though.

Great to have this in the kitchen, I can finally get the little bits at the corners and bottom of the bowls. Works a treat.
