Must have tool for dropping holes for double sockets
Does the job. Drill first centre hole, put this on, make level and either mark holes or drill through (with the correct sized, 6cm I think, drill bit) and do your 2 holes. If using a single hole cutter, do one side slightly and then the other side and then keep doing this until you're happy that the cutter will take. Do not do as i did first attempt and do one side full depth and trying to do the other side. This failed and i could not get a clean purchase to drop the 2and hole started. That said, this tool is a must for double sockets and is not available singly anywhere else.

Works well but need 6&8mm drill bits
Need a 6mm drill bit for the holes and a 8mm for the locating pin. Would get 5 stars if all you needed was a 8mm drill

Perfect for the job
The adaptor is perfect for the job as I had list my previous one.

Has flaws! But required for double sockets.
This item is meant to be used with an Armeg hole cutter for drilling double sockets. It has two flaws: 1. You need to use a spirit level with it to get a level finish, this could have been integrated, 2. If you use the drill bit size recommended for the hole cutter pilot holes and the bit doesn't fit in this template! Madness. I had to drill out the template to make the holes bigger.

This template works well. Make sure you get a quality rotary cutter and box cutter to go with it.

Sent it back because it broke. Got charged anyway
The item broke on its 1st use. Sent it back and got a refund. The company didn't get it so I got charged anyway.

Simple but effective
Not exactly a difficult thing to make but if you can't be bothered it makes socket box installation a lot easier with no guesswork.
