WOWBRIDAL Girls' 3 Hoops Petticoat Full Slip Flower Girl Crinoline Skirt

It was a good price but not at all what is represented by the photo. It had horizontal rows in a rainbow pattern of colors. And instaed of a layer of fabric over hoops, which is what I thought I was buying, it was an excess amount of thin mesh like material that overlapped itself to provide poofiness. It lacked firmness and was difficult for my sensory sensitive child to tolerate. It was somewhat easy to shorten, which was necessary because it was too big despite measuring my daughter before ordering. I just cut the excess off, but it felt like it was a neverending strip of material as I was cutting it, but sewing the hem was not needed so that was a plus. The photo is with two rows cut off.

This is a great petticoat. I have an 11 almost 12 year old girl who is small for her age. She is 4 1/2 feet tall and only weighs 70 pounds. This was a perfect fit for her pageant dress. I wish it had been a few inches longer so she could use it longer bit it was great for a last minute order.

When I received the hoop, it had been worn before. It had 2 small cuts in the bottom part, and it looked like chocolate frosting on the outside. Very disappointed. It also would not stay up, due to the slick material. I sew a lot, so I could of figured something out to keep it up, but it was needed the day it arrived and I didn't have time to repair the cuts, (holes) and wash it, so we did not use it.

This hoop was shorter than I though it'd be, but it worked for what we needed it for. I took out the tie string and put in elastic. That was much more comfortable for my daughter.

The tie don’t hold the skirt up. Had to get creative to make it stay up.
