This is a sturdy and colorful bag perfect for a Harry Potter fan. Straps are good and there is a laptop compartment. Zippers are sturdy. I think this would be good for a kid to take to school.

The backpack is a bit smaller than I expected. It also doesn’t have a pocket on the side for a water bottle. I didn’t realize how important that is for my kid until we didn’t have one.Bought this at the beginning of the school year. It’s right before Christmas, and it is starting to fall apart. One of the steps is starting to tear at the seam. Would have liked a backpack that lasted at least half the school year.

This is made out of a very cheap material. I don’t see it lasting all school year. I also hadn’t realized there are no side pockets for a water bottle. That was disappointing. The fabric is very crunchy sounding and feeling. The zippers need to be used carefully as they are not sturdy either. The design is absolutely adorable for any Harry Potter fan. My son does love it, other then the flaws.
