Aids the recovery of tennis elbow

Would have been OK os wasn't so big under clothes the band is too thick and having the weighting all over it looked too noticeable.The sleeve was OK but the elastic was too tight on upper arm.

I was recommended this by a physio and was doubtful about how much it would help, but am pleased to say that it is effective.

Can't judge if it works as unfortunately the top part of the sleeve was too tight and uncomfortable because of the elastic even though the rest fitted nicely for an XL. It's a shame because I really wanted it to work. As for the brace, I'm still trying to find the right spot where to place so time will tell. Apart from that, the material of the sleeve is really nice and feels smooth and breathable even when warm outside. The after care service was excellent, the agent was really helpful and tried his best giving me advice on how to wear everything and explaining how it should help relieve pain when wearing it. I'm really sorry it didn't fit me, I'm not muscular so the elastic band got in my arm leaving a tight mark, maybe if this could be reviewed at design/production level in the future? I was issued a refund and offered to keep it which was really kind. I then since cut the elastic part of the sleeve but now it rolls down instead of staying put on my upper arm. I had hoped I may have been able to replace the elastic band inside the fold but it was sewn in with the border so I couldn't just cut a little gap and pull out the elastic to replace it with a longer one, that's a shame. My search continues....

After many weeks of increasing discomfort & having just been diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis (aka tennis elbow) & told there was little that could be done bar ‘waiting’ & finding ‘a good support brace off the internet’. After another restless night, I woke up in SO much pain that I grabbed for the iPad to search for help. SO many options!!! Eventually I chose the Ionocore System because of the reviews, because it offers 2possible means of relief (band & strap) because the guy on the short video seemed so straightforward and genuine & because I could get same day delivery. I MEASURED MY ARM - (important - DO follow advice on this) & placed my order which arrived by evening. When I first put on the pressure band, & didn’t get the instant relief I’d unrealistically hoped for, then struggled a bit with the positioning of the strap, I was a little unsure. However, I’ve now slept wearing the pressure band & OMG! I’ve woken up for the first time in months without pain and with much greater mobility!!! Seriously, in one night this has made a massive difference! I wear a health tracker and my sleep score is the highest it’s been in a very long time. The only thing that’s different is the the Ionocore pressure band! I’m a size 12, average build and bought size M - the band fits well, it’s fairly snug (as it should be) if a little long (down to my wrist) but I guess this is right. It’s NOT sweaty or uncomfortable and doesn’t roll down or bunch & the strap when in the right place isn’t too bulky. The relief this morning is unbelievable. I will continue to wear the band at night, and use it with strap for extra support during the day...& will of course, take it easy. I might just need to get another set to rotate. Anyway, I hope this helps others to decide. Personally I would highly recommend this product!
