Will this fit a gmd b800 watch ?

I bought the Strap for the Casio W-59 not sure it it would fit the GMD B-800 Sorry

Does the strap come with fitting instructions? I can't see how to remove the old broken one.

There are no instructions but fitting is the reverse of removing the broken one. The strap is attached to the watch via two spring loaded spindles. A special tool available from Amazon is recommended to remove the spindles and helps tremendously with fitting the new one. Tip: do the job in a flat bottomed bowl on something soft, a towel perhaps, in case the spindle flies!

Does it fit the casio mrw-200m ?

It did not fit my Casio I just bought a new casio which cost lttle more than the strap
