Fantastic product. I noticed very good effect on my digestion within 2 days of starting this. Clean ingredients and mixes well into my morning coffee. I’m also taking biffido longum and Probiota Histaminx and it seems to support those nicely. So glad AI suggested I try this one.

I have been using this for about six weeks, it's life changing to me - just home after a few days away and which is when I usually struggle - this has made me regular but regular with no issues (no pain), amazing! Took just over a week for it to start working (I had cramps and slight pain for a few days in the first few days), and I've been regular daily ever since! I would strongly recommend.

After searching reddit for anxiety remedies I was intrigued when I learned that your gut has a lot to do with your mental well being. So I ordered a month supply and took it as directed. At the time I felt like my anxiety was actually controlled somewhat. By this I mean if my anxiety is represented by long drawn out waves in the ocean the peaks or intensity was not as high. Also I noticed my appetite wasn't nearly as high. Smaller portions seemed to satisfy me which I thought was interesting.Ok, now a month after taking the product I notice my mental fog has definitely come back. At the time of taking the supplement I wasn't really aware of how clear I was thinking bc I focused mainly on my anxiety, but now the clarity I had is evident. Anxiety has somewhat returned as well.I plan on getting back on this supplement maybe for 2-3 months this time and see how I do. I definitely believe this product helped me out in more ways than one so I'm very satisfied! :)
