Seems to help
Easy to take, no taste, no texture. Have on food or in drink. Dr Michael Mosely said it helped him get to sleep, so I tried it and it does seem to be helping, so I'll keep using it for while longer and make sure it's not just a fluke

I have been using this for about six weeks, it's life changing to me - just home after a few days away and which is when I usually struggle - this has made me regular but regular with no issues (no pain), amazing! Took just over a week for it to start working (I had cramps and slight pain for a few days in the first few days), and I've been regular daily ever since! I would strongly recommend.

Prebiotic fibre support
Always skeptical about thing like gut health supplements as the never seem to make a difference, these however seem to help!!! Bloating has eased somewhat, so far so good!!
