My first bottle, so far I got my energy back, I take one capsule every day with my fisrt meal. I needed some form of B vitamins supplement to not cause irritation to my bladder due to my IC, thanks to this form of fat soluble vitamin im happy! No bladder irritation! This is perhaps the most important vitamin for the heart according to many doctors. This is the first time I am using this brand so everything seems a-ok so far. These did not upset my stomach one bit and to me there is no taste at all. I think it is god v blue for the money spent.

I gave it 3 stars because in order to know if it truly works I would have to go to a lab to actually have them draw my blood for the results. I personally didn't feel anything out of the normal doses so I would not be able to tell you one way or the other.- if it worked.
