I am in my healthy girl era and am all about natural supplements and ways to take care of my body. I read alot of good things about berberine and when I found this with so many other benefits I had to try it. There is no taste or after taste, the pills are very east to swallow. Im only giving 4 stars just because I dont know if these have made any difference.

Good product

I was looking for an oral supplement that worked like semaglutide but more natural than a prescription and came across a recommendation for berberine online so I did a search on Amazon and this brand was a top recommendation so I decided to give it a try. I liked that it was only 1 pill a day and also offered liver & gut support. I started taking it in the mornings with my breakfast and multivitamin. I have tried all kinds of weight loss supplements and most don’t work so then I just try another so I have been taking weight loss pills for years so I just take it in the morning and don’t really think much of it, it is just part of my routine. So this was just another pill and I wasn’t really even thinking about the results as I didn’t really expect much until the other day I noticed my clothes seem to be fitting a little better and I was feeling a little thinner. I got on the scale to check and sure enough I was down 7 lbs! I had to think back to figure out what might have caused the change as I haven’t really been trying to make any changes to diet or anything and I realized the only thing I had done different was I had been taking this supplement for a month. It does seem to make my gut more active and go to the bathroom more regularly and I think my cravings have been down but again these effects have been somewhat subtle and I didn’t even realize the change until recently. Now that I realize it is helping I am excited to see how much more I will be able to lose and work on eating a healthier diet now that I realize it is actual helping with my cravings. I would recommend this as a daily supplement to support reaching your health goals.

Helps with keeping your sugar stable but also causes diarrhea so I stopped taking it.
