I’ve been using this foot rest daily at my desk for several days now, and it has made a noticeable difference in overall comfort. The fixed height feels well-balanced. It lifts my feet just enough to support better posture without feeling awkward or forcing my knees too high. I wanted something inexpensive to place beneath my desk and support my feet. I found a blow-up footrest on Haul that went flat within a week, so was a bit hesitant about buying a foam foot rest. I worried that it would be too soft or too hard. I was especially worried when the product shipped in a thin, vacuum-packed container that looked more like a roll of thick paper than a foam footrest. But, I needn't have worried. After removing from its packing and letting it regain its shape overnight, I find this rest to be the perfect "Goldilocks" combination of "not too hard" nor "too soft". It is just right. The foam is comfortable and slightly breathable, so it doesn't make my feet hot. It is firm enough to support my feet, but not so hard that it prevents the foam from conforming to my foot contours. The angle is perfect for supporting my feet while in a sitting position. I also like that the foam has some grips on the bottom to prevent sliding. In short, this was everything I hoped for and is a great product for the price!

This under desk footrest is very comfortable and provides excellent support while sitting for long periods. Smaller than I thought but does the job

It's nice and a good price, but as a guy who is duck footed my legs naturally splay out too much for this to be useful. I would need another 8 inches in length for this to work. Will be returning.
