I'm totally biased when it comes to John work as I'm a huge fan of all of the films. They do get rated worse as the films go on. However, I think chapter 4 is an absolutely brilliant film. It's a shame that all the other three are free on Amazon Prime and this one does require payment. However, it didn't stop me. Great film would buy again.

Does exactly what a good action film should be. Keanu is great again as John wick and the film is a enjoyable watch start to finish 👍

Anyone that has seen the other in the franchise this will be a must see. The same pace and action as the others and definitely worth a watch.

This is a fantastically made film & expensive to every detail no doubt so be careful how much people have to do to earn their pay, & what can base needed to get back to the financially profitable glory days of the eighties & nineties vhs, popularity & dvds, now this kind of film people would pay as much for off they could in a world limited of financial opportunities, due to easier lives & work for many of us... The story was a tad samey, the characters interesting cameos a bit wayward & unnecessary but still good to cross links between the films of today, yesterday & tomorrow with any luck ? The film was mesmeric, fast paced & filled with computer gaming style gratuitous violence, type of dystopia illuminati, secret society, & with no real criminal justice , some real abstract attractive Matrix style sociality & visually one of the best films ever made five stars for the film & four stars as one of kind much like a re-run, of satisfying violence & bad people getting their just desserts like the previous ones, 4.5/5 great stuff!

Not a patch on the first two, third was also a bit meh. This one (4th) had way too much fighting, even though that's why I watch JW it was just over the top in many parts. Often wanted a fight to come to an end and conclude but just kept going, and going, and.. Worse thing was they made him invincible. In previous JW films he came across as just some hard bloke who could take a beating and duck around to (luckily) avoid from bullets. This one was like an 80's Arnie film, where JW could dodge numerous machine guns at the same time from 20 feet away. Yes I know he had "the suit" but still too much. It's probs worth watching for a few quid, but better wait for it to be free so there are no expectations from £value.

I love the steelbook. Movie plays in USA, btw. No english subtitles, but that's fine. Blu Ray quality and sound are great.

Don't get me wrong - this is a solid, well set out actioner, with set pieces aplenty, a decent storyline to complement the previous three outings, great acting and our mate Keanu works his actor socks off, but it's starting to seem 'samey' to an extent. Since the first outings, where he loses wife, dog and muscle car in rapid succession and decides to dish out payback that means his retirement as a master assassin is ended and he's told he's got to go back to work, the theme is he wants to be out of the industry and has tried to achieve this in both the third instalment and this movie here. A solid cast (Ian McShane stands out again), means the class of the acting chops remains excellent and there's even a poignant death of one of the mainstays echoing true life. It's a non stop actioner and no mistake, without any unlikely love interests shoe horned in as a nod to box office quotas, which scores points with me and I've heard there might be a fifth and final film in the works. All well and good and I'd watch it, but I'd do so without an anticipation of something different in the scripting. It's not a criticism - it's a good, well made film, but it drops a star for me because it was a tiny bit formulaic and to be honest, Clint Eastwood and 'Dirty Harry' got there first.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This movie is a great addition to anyone's John Wick collection just be aware that the digital copy can only be redeemed in the USA!!!! This information cost me on the return of the product to retailer. As its not part of the product description I thought the retailer would refund my money completely with shipping costs. They didn't, even though they didn't make it clear to anyone in the product description that the digital copy cannot be redeemed in CANADA.
