2 Microphones, finally good for phone calls and more!
I struggled to find over the ear headphones with good quality microphones that are allowed for clear phone calls, as well as comfortable and good sound. I finally found it. For the price point this is outstanding. I also dictate into my computer and it understands almost always. The ANC is also fantastic (better than all my other ones by far), probably due to the dual microphones and better AI. The battery lasts a long time and the Bluetooth distance is very good. As to the quality of craftsmanship, hopefully it will last.

Quality headphones at this price point with responsive customer support
Some months ago, prior to travelling on a long flight to Europe, I decided to purchase a newer pair of headphones. They worked very well prior to and during the flights. I was highly-satisfied. Then, after about 32 days of ownership, they started to have a static sound while listening to them. I contacted their customer service department. They were extremely responsive and after recommending I attempt some troubleshooting steps that were not successful, they shipped me a new pair of headphones; "no questions asked." They did not want me to return the defected set of headphones. These replacement headphones have worked perfectly. I am impressed with the quality of the noise cancelling program. You have 3 choices for the settings. On the plane, they reduced the loud engine noise by about 75%. This is excellent for a set of headphones in this price range. The app that is utilized for these headphones, is excellent. It allows you to select from more than 20 listening modes. You can readily hear the difference between each setting and you can change it based on the type of music you are listening to. For a set of headphones in this very affordable price point, these headphones offer solid quality of sound. It is easy to adjust the volume. I have had no issues related to connecting the headphones to bluetooth. In conclusion, I would highly-recommend this product to other customers. The customer service is of the highest quality.

Good for the price
Comfortable. Light weight. Battery life is good for evening listening, about 4 hours use. Have not used longer. Buttons take a bit to get used to. Wish there was a single mute button. Sound quality is good with a decent amount of base. This model does not have user adjustable EQ through the app. They do connect to my LG TV and iPhone easily.

Quality Product worth the Buy!!!
Just received the Soundcore by Anke4 Q20i and pulled them out of the box. They were very easy to pair. They sound Amazing. With the Soundcore app provides customizations for sound equalization and the ability to switch between Noise cancelation, Normal and Transparent Mode. The instructions on how to use them are very easily accessed from the sound core app. The headphones can get firmware updates. You connect dual devices straight from the app. The headphones look well built. It is worth the price for the value of these Awesome and well thought out head phones. I'd buy again.

Surprisingly good sound and noise reduction, unbelievable value
I'm a part time musician, producer, and audio engineer and own a bunch of headphones including some studio reference headphones and an Apple Airpods Max (which I love in spite of the lack of sonic accuracy - comfy and pleasant sounding). To be clear, the Q20i 'phones are *not* in this class. But...they sound far FAR better than I expected! I also have plenty of mediocre headphones around that I can't stand to listen to, but the Q20is sound way better than those. The bass is especially impressive: most inexpensive 'phones have really thumpy but highly artificial sounding bass. The low end on these sound surprisingly full and natural! Comfort was better than expected at this price point and the at-home/office noise cancellation was spot on. I can't speak to how well the noise cancellation performs on a bus or jet yet, but I can comment on the lack of coloration of the main audio when ANC is activated. On many inexpensive (and some rather expensive) ANC headphones, the quality of the audio drops notably when ANC is enabled. Not on these, which is quite impressive. My use case doesn't care about built-in mic performance and I haven't used or tested that so have no feedback there. Comfort is also surprisingly good. Some of the body materials feel a bit plastic-y (no doubt because it's, um, plastic) but the ear pads feel great. Hopefully they will last. If I was going to have a complaint it would be about the placement and tiny size of the combo power+volume buttons. Not intuitive and a bit hard to find until you get used to it. But still: at this price point I can't deduct a star for that. So are these Airpod Max killers? Nah. But at less than 1/10th the price?? I would say you get half the way there for 1/10th the money. A great deal in my book. (fwiw, I got these for my wife's casual listening but liked them so much I'm going to grab a set for my own use when I don't want to risk losing/damaging my more expensive 'phones)

Definitely 5 stars for the price. I am got these to replace my Sony MDR 1000x (basically the old version of the XM4). Which were 5 X more expensive than these. I beat of my headphones, running, using them for the gym, lots of travel and being thrown into bags. So I decided to go for a cheaper option this time. Although my Sony's lasted almost 10 years I had to keep repairing them myself to keep them going. So here's my comparison against a pretty premium pair of headphones- my wife also has Bose QC35's and I've used them plenty too. Pros: - Sound Isolation is amazing, it has a very good seal over the ears (I have a big head and ears too) - Very comfortable, and suprisingly light. Ear cups feel memory foamish - noise cancelling is pretty great, and it doesn't cause discomfort like some cheap NC - Bass is powerful if you like that - they look good and feel of reasonable quality - the battery is as advertised Cons: - Sound quality over all is not spectacular, but good for the price. The bass is good but the mids and highs are a bit muddy. Honestly though it's completely fine and probably the best sound you'll get around this price. - Turning on the Noise cancelling causes a noticeable dip in sound quality. Although the NC is very impressive, it definitely causes the sound quality to become a bit more tinny. While the bass is still there. Everything else gets washed out. I find myself needing to change EQ settings when I turn NC On and Off. For this reason I have been using them with NC off mostly ( a bit annoying too as it defaults to being on everytime) So if you're tossing up between getting these or breaking the bank. Just know the main thing you'll sacrifice is sound quality. The NC is good, the soundcore app is nice enough, they look good and even sound decent enough. I'm perfectly happy to use these instead of more expensive headphones.

These headphones are simply exceptional for the sound quality they produce. Excellent balance of frequencies with just the right amount of bass support, not intrusive but robust, and well-distributed mids and highs that bring out the full range of sound expressions produced. The result is audio rich in nuances, well-distributed and with the right emphasis. The headphones are very beautiful and well-made, with soft and comfortable earcups. Of the many types of headphones I've purchased over the years, even much more expensive ones, these are by far the best... and if we consider the cost... they become unattainable unless you want to spend four hundred euros and up. I already had another model from the same brand and it was very good, which is why I chose this brand again, but this latest model is truly top-notch, so much so that I immediately purchased a second one to use in a second location, avoiding the wear and tear of carrying it around every day. As a musician, I'm used to noticing qualitative differences in the sound produced, and this allows me to appreciate the quality of these headphones even more. If I have to point out a small flaw... the power on/off signal is weak and unclear... the female voice that communicates the on or off status is much better... present in the previous model. Highly recommended!!!
