Do these prevent hyper flash? Or is a resistor needed also?

A resister would probably be needed, where I added them, they were not my blinker lights

These are less bright than my OEM brake/blinker lights, are these the incorrect ones? I have a 2010 Ford Escape, and the OEM's are white not red.

They should work, what I look for when I replace my bulbs with LED, is the lumens, the higher the lumens the brighter the bulb. I go with the red in case I break the lens cover, that way it is still illuminating red

Does sealight led work on a 2001 ford Ranger edge with out a resistor and not have a hyper dash blinking going on ?

It worked on my 2015 Escape, but the turn signal is separate on my vehicle. I had another vehicle where the were all one, and I had to add a register to loop revent the hyper blink
