Q: Does the power bank support fast charging?

Yes, the power bank itself can fast charge, and it will fast charge basically any phone or tablet if the appropriate cable and port are used. The Type-C port supports USB-PD at up 65W in both directions (in/out). It'll charge from zero in under two hours if you use the right adapter, and will charge any laptop that's able to charge from a 65W rated adapter. It also supports PPS, so it'll super-fast charge recent Android phones. The Type-A port supports QC 3.0 at up to 20V, which will fast charge most phones. For newer phones (last ~3 years or so) and laptops, you should use a C-to-C cable with the type-C port. For older phones, you should use an appropriate cable with the type-A port.

Q: Does this device support super fast charging for samsung s22utra

I am not totally sure about the s22 but my husband has an s21 and he uses this battery and doesn't get the slow charging message when he uses it. I think it also depends on the cable you use as well. It is a really nice battery either way though

Q: Does this come with a type c cable

Mine came with a rather short USB-A to USB-C cable.
