This is a High quality oil. It has a very mild taste, so can use it for pretty much anything. I even apply a few drops to my conditioner to help with hydrating my Scalp and hair, and to leave my hair feeling soft! Compared to the options at the grocery stores, I think this is a really good price, seeing you pay over 20$ for the cheap stuff too!
