Is this sauce gluten free?  what are the ingredients?  thanks so much for replying, in advance!

If you are on a low-fodmap diet, beware: This sauce contains garlic.(Alas!)  But try this recipe instead- You can cook salmon planked on untreated cedar grilling planks. (My favorite! Yum!) LOWES carries these planks for grilling. The planks must be soaked in water for at least three or four hours (prepackaged ones will need less soaking time) so they don't catch fire when placed on grill. Marinate filets in a smokey maple syrup 15- 20 minutes before grilling. Sprinkle with a few crush red pepper flakes. Grill on plank, with top of grill closed and skin side down, until fish is done and flakey. Don't overcook. Some of the best salmon I ever had was cooked like this. Splurge and get the good quality smokey maple syrup and FRESH salmon filets. There are a number of farms in NE that prepare this wonderful syrup. If you google, you'll find a list of tree farms that sell this amazing maple syrup..
