Drawers are smooth. Polish should be a little bit in lighter tone so that grains of sheesham be visible. Simple and sleek design. Very sturdy frame. Finish of channels are wonderful. Ground clearance is sufficient. A must buy product 😊

A near perfect product. Looks same physically as depicted in picture. The finish is absolutely smooth & finesse in craftsmanship is clearly visible. Drawers are smooth to operate & the wood used is almost spotless with no marks or pits on the surface. There is no ply/material board used in manufacturing this drawer which leaves out any chances of a weak structure or cheap cost cutting measures. Similar designs are available from other manufacturers but plz look specifically for Gate Way Furnitures & in description do check 100 percent Sheesham Wood under make or material used. Received in fully assembled form. Elegance & Sturdiness combined, a sure buy if one requires Chest of Drawers in his/ her furniture requirement.

Very sturdy and well crafted product. Carries that vintage look.

Genuine, robust cabinet. Plenty of storage capacity, excellent wood finish and sturdiness, functionally adept, door functions smoothly. No assembly was required and there has been no issues with the product whatsoever. All-in-all its a great purposeful cabinet and I have no complaints.

Dear Customers, A word of caution — please do not be misled by the product description claiming it is made of solid Sheesham wood. It is not. My detailed observations are as follows: 1. The product dimensions are inaccurate and vary by about 1–1.5 inches in length, breadth, and height. 2. The wood used does not appear to be Sheesham; it seems to be a cheaper variety heavily polished and lacquered to give that impression. 3. The unit is not solid wood — the entire back panel is made of masonite board, supported by a flimsy horizontal strip that looks substandard. 4, The drawer bottoms are also made of masonite board, raising serious concerns about durability and load-bearing capacity. 5. The drawers lack proper sliding metal channels, making them uneven and difficult to open or close smoothly. 6. The metal knobs and handles are of poor quality and not centrally aligned. 7. The two top drawers with jaali design are open-patterned, meaning dust will easily accumulate inside. Overall, this product is misrepresented and poorly constructed. I strongly suggest spending a bit more for a better-quality piece elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see Amazon hosting vendors who sell such misleading and substandard products. Vendor verification seems lacking, and quality control has deteriorated over time. Other independent sellers today are offering far more transparent and honest service. Thumbs down to Amazon for allowing this decline. You’re no longer the reliable marketplace you once were. Take care and God bless. 🙏🏻

Good product and solid

The product is of very good quality and has adequate storage space. The finish and the looks are also great

The cabinet is really well made overall. Good quality wood and workmanship. Only thing being that it doesn’t have telescopic channels in the drawers, which would’ve made its usage more convenient. This should be a standard feature in all drawers. The handle bars and knobs can be better quality (like brass) to match the overall look and cost of the cabinet. One specific point I want to highlight is the smell of polish that lingers long after unpacking the unit. The seller can take slightly longer time to deliver but must polish the unit and let it air a bit for at least 2-3 days before packing, so the smell doesn’t get trapped in the packing. It has kind of seeped into the unit and not going away despite leaving it out in the open. Barring this It’s a good piece of furniture. Happy with my purchase.
