Waterproof male underwear. About $39 or so for one pair.
Product runs rather roomy. I thought to buy size 2 for a 250 individual instead I ordered size 3 a bit big however easy to put on and off. It does serve the purpose. Fully satisfied.

Sizing is off
The item is good and prevents leaks for overnight issues but they know very little about making the patterns they need for a proper fit. One was so large it looked like a balloon and the second one was smaller but looked like a woman’s. Too small.Being a pattern maker my husband knows they just aren’t getting the fit down. Otherwise a good idea and necessary

Awesome PUL waterproof pants!
Awesome PUL waterproof pants!I'm an old ABDL and now a needs patient with dementia and 99% incontinent which is horrendous, miserable state that continues to make me openly sob after some incidents and products like these pants make managing the condition as best as you can. They are TOP QUALITY with wide bands which are comfortable. The cloth/PUL is not only very warm, which I have bad circulation problems and 'down there' like many other parts of my body, is ICE cold and it's so uncomfortable and these pants keep me warm and as much as they can, block odor, but nothing helps with that any longer. I WILL buy again!

The elastic is uncomfortable.
They are really waterproof but the elastic around the leg openings is very tight, stiff and uncomfortable.

Not too bad, but room for improvement.
Waist band is true to size, but the leg holes could stand to be a hair bigger. My husband wears disposable briefs, but sometimes doesn’t wake up in time to make it to the bathroom. These help him from wetting to entire bed and the floor.

Reducing the heat buildup inside my diaper when wearing diaper pants over them.
I was looking for a diaper cover that was not so hot to wear in place of the vinyl pants I currently use and these PUL pants do cut down on the heat inside my diaper. I was very pleased with the overall fit of the XL pants, enough room to go over all of my daytime diapers, both cloth and disposables. I also like the feel of the material, both outside and inside, and there is no noise when wearing them. I ordered a second pant in size 2XL to wear at night over my thick cloth night diapers and am very pleased with them. I have not had any leaks while wearing either of these pants. The only thing I don't like is that these pants only come in the color white, I would like to see some basic color options like blue, gray, yellow and pink. I am well pleased with the performance of both these pants and the price was good for a PUL type pant.

To large and not returnable
I measured and went by there size chart but came in to large and I found out that I can not return for the right size. What a waste of money. I'm 44" waist and 22" leg witch put me at X-large size on there chart but loose in the waist and loose around my legs to. So how can I purchase from them again knowing the money that I wasted to find out there size chart is wrong.
