Q: I have heavy callous on my foot does this work for it?

I would doubt it. You would need to pare hard skin off with a grater type foot file or similar. Likewise, a corn would need removing. The cream works best on lightly cracked skin. It also soothes peripheral neuropathy. I hope this helps.
