I ran out about a week ago, I can definitely tell my lack of good breathing

I'm not certain I discerned cognitive benefits, which was what I ordered the supplement for. But the respiratory support is a different story. My life wasn't changed but I am quite pleased (without being TOO vivid, as the Vine review program does not permit describing the effects a supplement had on you too vividly, so as to not overpromise anything). I've long had minor issues breathing at night. And although they are minor, good sleep is the bedrock of all health, so I had added every mechanism I could find to minimize them. Things like optimizing the humidity and various nasal strips and dilators. I'm pleased to compound another mechanism in the form of this supplement. With sleep as with supplementation itself, or anything really, many little things add up to substantive difference. I'm also pleased to have learned respiratory health can even be targeted through supplementation. Before this supplement I had not realized that. I wish it were less expensive but... It's a new and apparently hard to cultivate mushroom supplement from a very reputable brand.

Unsure of efficacy but the capsules are simple ot consume. Very glad to have them available.

This is great Tiger's milk mushroom extract. As far as Tiger's milk mushroom goes, it likely doesn't get any better than this. That being said, is Tiger's milk mushroom even any good? There isn't much research out on it, and it's definitely a more experimental choice than say, something like cordyceps or lion's mane. The largest (studied) benefits seem to be for respiratory health and immunity. Not the most exciting things in the world, but good benefits nonetheless. I haven't noticed any pronounced benefits from this, but also don't have any respiratory or immunity issues to speak of. Overall - if you really want to try out TM mushroom, this is a great choice. I personally would opt for a big bag of cordyceps fruiting body powder or lion's mane, etc - but you can't beat the convenience of capsules.

Bought Nootropics Depot Tiger Milk Capsules for throat congestion after reading some of the reviews. Did not see much in the way of mucus relief but perhaps I did not take them long enough. One day was enough to see the bathroom effects of these mushrooms. Obviously not for me. They might treat your system differently so - Try 'em on a weekend when you'll be close to home and the bathroom.

I am not new to the benefits of Nootropics from mushrooms working for me. As being a part of the Vine program I'm limited on the good things I can say about this, as they don't want me to be over reaching on my claims, even when my experience is truthful. So, that being said. It's helped me greatly. Especially in the area of neuroplasticity and respiratory support. If you're on the fence, try it. I like that they do their own in-house lab R&D and that this is a small, US based business. They care about all levels of production and it shows.

I would encourage you to do some research on this product. I did and I think it is helpful for me. I also asked my doctor if it was okay with my other supplements and meds and it was approved by her. I encourage everyone to do this too. I found the capsules to be nicely made with no odor or taste. I found them easy to swallow too. I rotate mushroom supplements and am now adding this one in to my rotation, with my doctor's approval.
