Looks great does exactly what it’s supposed to and keeps water out
Looks great, easy install, water not pooling up inside the lock feature is cool but I don’t need it so I double sided taped it to the lid so it opens and closes together and doesn’t get in the way. Highly recommend this. You won’t be disappointed.

Installation hardware not included
Good quality and larger than expected. Happy with the look of it but I'm removing 1 star due to not including screws and anchors needed to install. Trip to the hardware store was required.

Excellent Product
I purchased the white option back in 2011. More than 1 years later it has withstood the elements and did not ust, nor did the paint chip. The adhesive held true this whole time. I just purchased another because the decor needed a black mailbox and I am totally pleased. I do not use the lock that is provided, but it would have been just as simple to install if I needed a lock. Just a note, the black and bronze toned lid have a high gloss finsih - not matte.

Looks great on our porch!
We recently redid our front porch with new handrails, light fixture, and mailbox. The mailbox is a nice big size, plenty big for Amazon bubble envelopes or small boxes. It’s a nice, sturdy, well built mail box. We like having the option to lock the top with a key in case we go out of town. The hardware worked great to mount it onto the house, I did use screw anchors to make sure it stayed in tight and I’d recommend that if you have the old style siding like we do. We are very happy with it. The silver mail sign just attaches with double sided tape, so you can leave it off if you want an all black look. No red flag included, but that’s not an issue for us.
