I liked that it is small, easily portable unlike stand up units. I bought this for cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen. Removes most everything except black stains from mildew which I use Chlorox Toilet Gel for anyway as it clings to surface. This steamer does not have a squeeze handle for start and stop. Once heated (in a very few seconds) it runs until you turn the machine off. Tubing and handle get very hot advise you to use the included gloves to handle. For small jobs this is a great little steamer. Somewhere in the instructions it mentioned adding cleaners to the water. I do not advise this as one customer did so and the steamer did not work again. Most steamers I reviewed cautioned against additives to the water. I recommend this product. It performs as expected and is easy to use.

I used this most recently to clean the tile in my shower and it did a really good job at cleaning out the groves!I was impressed with the quality of the product. It's more durable than I had hoped, especially the nozels (which is where the cleaning happens).I'd recommend wearing the gloves provided (or any other heat resistant gloves) as the metal parts get extremely hot. Even the plastic handle and hose start to heat up after awhile, but it was never a problem.Overall, a great product!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'm kicking myself for not trying it out right away. Purchased a while ago and only just tried using it today. I bought it to clean my bbq grates and it broke before I could finish one. And by broke, I mean the hose developed a leak that shot stream out the base of the handle, giving me a nasty burn.Awful product. Steam pressure sucked while it was working.

it's a very compact and powerful machine. It was a pleasant surprise to use. The extension cord is a bit short, but its not too much of an issue.

This steamer heats up in about 15 seconds. It’s great for getting in tight places like the windows in the pictures. I cleaned them with a rag but the steamer got the dirt left behind.If you’re going to use the extension wand, you have to remove the brass end from the wand. Make sure you put an o-ring in the connector before you screw it onto the wand (2 o-rings are included).Nice small package with lots of power. I’ll try it out on the car next.

What an amazing little steam cleaner. I absolutely love it! What a game changer in the cleaning world. If you don’t own one, you need to get one.UPDATE: I’ve only had this steamer for 4 months. It has already stopped working. No way to contact anyone for help or support. I was really impressed with it at first. Disappointed that it only lasted a few months. The hot water leaks from the handle and steam no longer comes out of the nozzle. Don’t buy!

Things I really liked about this steamer:- Light weight- Ability to put the machine down while you concentrate on using the wand- Heats up really quickly- Has a long hose so that you can keep a little distance between yourself and whatever surface you're cleaning- Easy to fill, and is powerful!Things that I disliked:- Not having a trigger on the handle is a MAJOR design flaw, in my opinion. I'd have to turn it off everytime I wanted to move to another location. I ended up plugging it into a power strip, so that turning it on and off would be easier.- The hose and trigger both get VERY HOT while using the steamer (hot enough to burn.)- Flimsy hose popped a leak very quickly (after 3 uses) in a way that's not fixable.Sorry, not recommended.

I rarely write reviews, but this product was great! My shower floor which was pretty ugly is now white again. It did take some time but the steam cleaner did a really nice job. Pretty easy to use. And thanks to those who wrote in their reviews to not put your hand in front of the nozzle while it is starting up as that would be a pretty intuitive thing to do and then get burned. It does take a few moments to get going. Was also happy not to have to hold the tank in my hand while cleaning.
