Sugarflair Emerald Green Food Colouring Paste 25g

Excellent colours, a little bit goes a long way! I used royal blue and blood red and they turned out perfectly.

This food coloring is high-quality and the "Ghoulish Green" shade is exactly what I was looking for for my cupcakes. The paste mixes in easily and doesn't change the taste of the frosting.

Bought on recommendation from a you tube video I watched. Really good quality. The vibrant red colour worked excellently for my Red Velvet cake. Gel colour is much better than liquid, more controllable and doesn’t alter the consistency of the cake. I have reordered a couple of times now. Would recommend.

Having used food Sugarflair food colouring before and knowing a little goes a long way, I was slightly disappointed with this one as you need a lot to make frosting black. For example, for approximately 300g of frosting it required half a pot of the food colouring paste to actually go black, whereas previously with other colours from Sugarflair I have only had to use a very small amount to get a strong bold colour. I give this product 4 stars as I did achieve the colours I wanted and the quantity of colour used did not effect the taste of the frosting, but in comparison to other Sugarflair colours in my opinion it was not up to the same standard.

Good strong colour

This stuff is brilliant, and definitely better than what you'd get from a supermarket. So far I've used it for battenberg and red velvet cake, both of which were eaten before I could take photos! The tub seems small but it's a gel texture and a little goes a long way. It's just as vibrant after baking, and doesn't alter the taste. Obviously it stains everything it touches so beware of that! I got the yellow one too and that's equally effective. Will buy again.

Good quality item

the heat might be a big part of the reasoning for this! my buttercream is never an issue but it simply will not mix or turn the shade i need it too. instead it’s turned a metallic blue (buttercream not fully mixing with the colouring) i ordered navy and this is certainly not navy. my fingers and kitchen is also destroyed.

Excellent produit

Très satisfaite du colorant Sugarflair vert sapin. Je l'ai utilisé pour préparer des sablés de Noël et le résultat était magnifique. La couleur est intense, facile à doser et permet d'obtenir une belle teinte uniforme sans modifier le goût de la préparation. Il est parfait pour la pâte à sucre, les biscuits décorés et les créations pâtissières. Une petite quantité suffit pour un très bel effet. Un excellent produit pour les amateurs de pâtisserie créative, je recommande.
