This is a much smaller package than I usually get. I usually get it in a plastic jar type of thing and this is a package, but it is still the only clean organic coconut milk powder on the market.

KOS coconut milk powder and EssenzeFruits coconut milk powder are the only maltodextrin-free coconut powders I have found and whose taste I like. Rather than the small 2g scoop provided, I use about 1 tablespoon or about 7-8 g coconut milk powder to temper the mildly bitter taste of my Carob/Cocoa hot chocolate beverage; so NOT a low-calorie breakfast but staves off hunger.I prefer the smaller 6.3 oz bag to KOS larger 12.6 oz tub mostly because I am not sure how long coconut milk powder should stay in the cupboard once opened. I tried putting it in the fridge and it caked up somewhat. So now I just leave the smaller bag in the cupboard and it stays fresh. I think it mixes better with milk or oat milk than Essenzefruit coconut milk powder but I might prefer the taste of the latter. Maybe. So, I just alternate between the brands.One reviewer said there is no expiration date. I panicked and went looking this morning. There is, in fact, an expiration date. Look under the white sticker! I recommend that Amazon or the shipper NOT place that sticker over the date and problem would be solved.

I like this brand very much. The taste is good. I would give it a 5 but it comes a bit lumpy. I have bought it several times.

Delicious creamy sweet taste and melt in your mouth texture. I'm conf9used by the the data war between anti and pro coconut research camps. No idea what to believe, who to believe on the issue of saturated fats. For 25 years I ate zero saturated fat, and only zero fat dairy, and I still maintained low HDL and high LDL . So? What was gained by avoiding saturated fats?

Would not recommend. Not great quality and taste is not good. Seller is also not helpful.

I live in Southeast Asia, where you can buy what you need but it’s limited and very expensive. Can’t just go down to Target to get unsweetened coconut milk for my cereal or smoothies. Amazon won’t ship it here either. (I know, ironic that I live in the coconut export capital of the world but have only found one store that carries it. Sometimes.) My still-sensitive-still-adjusting belly needs smoothies!! Next best solution? Look on Amazon for freeze dried goods! Right away I found this KOS brand and was super impressed by the selection and that they ship to Philippines - THANK YOU!! I’ve purchased their Beet Powder, Blueberries, Organic Inulin Powder, and this fantastic Coconut Milk Powder. Blends beautifully into the coffee and for our smoothies, I simply use water, couple cubes of ice, fruits, a couple of scoops of the coconut milk and it’s great. My only small critique, and it might be just me, but I’m on package #2 and I can’t get it to reseal after opening. So, use a clip and store in a ziplock bag.
