I can’t speak to whether or not it’s helped my bone density because I have not had any tests done. I recently became a pescatarian and added these Gummies to my daily regimen. I have been going through perimenopause, puffy tummy and all the other issues that come up with it and I can say after consistent usage for almost a month. I feel amazing. I have more energy my stomach that was puffy that stuck out past my chest is now not puffy, it’s almost flat again. My digestion is better , I’m regular if you know what I mean, and one of the more expected results which I’m a little embarrassed about mentioning is, my libido is off the charts. So I don’t know if anybody needs help in that arena but I can only assume it’s the Gummies that have enhanced this area for me. Either way, I feel like I’m in my 20s again as far as energy and physical wellness go. As far as the actual gummy‘s, they’re typical chewy gummy‘s, labeled peach flavor, but for me, they taste like lychee, but either way they’re sweet and delicious. The flavor makes you look forward to eating them. Try not to double the dose which I had accidentally done a few times because they’re really good. I can’t say if the gummy’s are what made me lose 10 pounds in a month or if becoming a pescatarian is also a factor, but I feel fantastic. Highly advised these Gummies.
