It's all about the app
I was a bit sceptical at £4 but so far so good!This is basically a bluetooth dongle that you use with your phone. It looks like all it really does is talk to whatever mobile app you have running which itself determines (or rather you set) what car / protocol to use, and how the info's displayed. So in that respect it works perfectly.I first tried the Torque app but that wanted access to absolutely everything on my phone, including contacts, which was a little suspect. Instead I used the ELM327 app which is pretty cheap'n'cheerful but happily connected to my Ford as well as the missus' Toyota.You can monitor everything you'd expect to, and it seems accurate when, for example, you look at the dashboard and see the revs, speed etc in realtime. You can also see all probe info on one screen as well as monitor 2 or 3 of them in a progressive graph.This is one of many apps you can download and, again, what you're really buying is an interface from your car to whichever one you're using.

This product doesn't fully support ELM 327 standard. It can be used to basic diagnosis and nothing more.
