Works Perfectly!
This snow cone machine is powerful and fast. It shaves ice consistently and keeps up with large groups without slowing down. The 48L capacity is more than enough for parties and events. Easy to use, easy to clean, and built solid. Perfect for family gatherings.

You NEED this!
I love love love this snow cone maker! I'm a kinder teacher and my students decided they wanted a snow cone party for the last day of school. I've been wanting a snow cone maker for a while so I decided to order one. I ordered a different one and decided it was too slow, so I sent it back. Then I ordered this one and I am so thrilled with it! It perfectly and easily shaves the ice into the perfect texture for snow cones. It's relatively fast (compared to a couple other I bought. I was able to give all 18 of my students a snow cone within about 10 minutes. The flashing lights make it extra fun! My principle came in and was so impressed with it that she decided to order two of them for school use.

The customer service from Amazon and there's no way to contact the seller
I purchased this machine and used it twice. Now the door to push the ice into the machine is stuck, so I can't use it. I called Amazon, and they told me I can't get a replacement or contact the seller. Very disappointed.

Works Great — But Be Prepared to Buy the Right Ice Blocks
This sno cone machine performs well and makes great shaved ice once you get it going. The output is consistent, and the machine runs smoothly overall. That said, the ice chute is very small — much smaller than expected. If you don’t buy or make ice blocks that fit the chute exactly, you’ll spend a lot of time chipping away at larger pieces just to get them to fit. That definitely slowed us down at first. Pros: Great performance and ice texture Easy to operate Cons: Extremely small ice chute Requires very specific ice block size Bottom line: the machine works well, but make sure to buy (or freeze) the right ice blocks to avoid frustration.

Just tried my new snowcone machine and I gotta say I am very pleased. I bought this for my grandchildren party and it not disappoint. Shaved ice in seconds and love the flashing lights and safety features this item has. I look forward to using this item for years to come. Best purchase!!
