What should have been a simple return turned into a drawn-out back-and-forth with no straightforward resolution from the seller.Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and handled the situation properly.Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from ZENY. If something goes wrong, do not expect a smooth or fair resolution.I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

This has been a great projector screen, no complaints. It rolls up and rolls back down with no problem and provides a very clear screen for the image.
