Great 70W charger and it came really fast. We have lots of apple products and if you have this charger your items will be ready to go sooner. Regular chargers are 10 or 20 W, this 70 watt charger is genuine apple and is really nice.

I have a Macbook Pro 2017 and a Macbook Air 2020, and I have used and had the same charger since I got my 2017 computer. It lasted many many years, but recently the housing of the prongs was falling apart to the. point where it had a hard time staying connected to the outlet. It kept not being perfectly in place to accurately charge the computer. I had to constantly apply pressure via the top (and it fell on its side, how it sat) and it eventually broke when I was trying to find that perfect position.ANYWAY, I dont have the money or means to get a new charger, so I wanted to get a cheap version. They seemed pretty worthwhile, but then I specifically went to most recent reviews and have seen people say that theirs would overheat, and it would fry their iPad or Macbooks. I love both my macbooks and they are a BIG asset to me, I can't have something go wrong with either of them and afford to buy a new one. My Macbook Pro 2017 is a daily driver and still kicking STRONG!I originally had the 61 Watt, and could only find this. I used a regular "brick" that was USB-C to keep the computers on but the charge was seriously weak, sometimes too weak to even keep it on 1%, and you know how annoying the devices get at 1%, they start acting like an android. :PAnyway, it was a pretty penny but it charges my computers in 2 hours or LESS, if i'm not heavily using it, and is just perfection. If you care about your devices, it is well worth it to spurge on this one. It also comes with a warrenty (1 year), like most products, so if there were any issues, your value would still be worth it because of the warrenty.Seriously, shell out for the real deal. I won't risk my harddrives/fragile and old computers to any kind of danger like this.

I might buy off-brand cables, but I advise you to only buy the correct OEM Apple charger. Make sure it's the correct wattage.It's the OEM charger. You can't go wrong.

I prefer this over my smaller one as it charges faster. I do wish it has a second outlet though.
