Does the mat interfere with the seat adjustment?

There will be no interference. Our trunk mat with backrest mat is designed in a split style, allowing you to freely adjust the seat to stand upright or lie flat.

Can I cut this mat myself? My explorer has adjustable seat cords.

Yes, you can do it. Our mat has holes specially reserved for adjustable seat cords, and the mat is soft and can be cut by yourself.
