The media could not be loaded.  4 Gallon Sprayer: I only need 1 gallon BUT after trying multiple others, the 4 gal was the only one priced well for all it offered. Others provided a fraction of the accessories and capacity for the same price.Weight-wise, it’s heavy but I only filled it with 2 gallons and found it manageable on my back.It arrived with the backpack ready to wear (straps attached) but there were a lot of pieces and confusing instructions. I had to look up a video on YouTube for help with the wand assembly. Once assembled properly, it didn’t leak.I don’t like that there’s not a phone number albeit a lot of other company information like their address and email.Reason for purchase: Pesticide to combat spotted lanternflies.I have a terrace but I can’t enjoy it because of spotted lanternflies. With this, I am able to go onto my terrace and spray. It’s so fun that I run out of gallons is pesticide before I know it. Would be good to have a beep or some indicator.A professional exterminator cost $300 last year. With this and the right pesticides, I have done it myself!Small Sprayer:My cheap sprayer’s nozzle kept falling off so it was time to go electric and because I like this brand, I stuck with it.It’s likely meant for home gardening, but I’m that chick walking down the streets of NYC with it, ready to kill some lanternflies. Lots of stares. All good.When I sprayed a lanternfly (and a large sidewalk roach), mission accomplished. Partially due to the content (non-pesticide) but primarily due to the strength of the stream. I never accomplished this with a cheap pump sprayer.

A little heavy when full, but the pump is great. Really gets the job done and doesn’t leak chemicals down your back like so many other sprayers. The small gaskets could be better but they are somewhat functional. A good buy.

I used this sprayer to do a roof soft wash. It worked great but the bleach corroded the wand with in an hour of use. I had to purchase a wand that would withstand a corrosive liquid.

I bought this specifically for spraying cleaner onto a fake grass area my dogs go on, so I don't burn out my hand squeezing the trigger of the original bottle. I'm totally happy with this product. I always make sure it's fully charged each time I use it and it has good strong application power. The size of the bottle happens to be exactly what I need for my fake grass area, so bonus there. It also makes an excellent water gun for spraying pigeons off your property.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used this sprayer once for a vinegar application for weeds. When I prepared to use it for a second application of vinegar, I noticed pin size holes throughout the sprayer wand and also realized it as the vinegar was squirting from the many pin size holes onto my arms, legs and areas in the yard not intended for a vinegar application. Besides this major issue, the sprayer is effective.

Had it less than 4 months and the battery no longer charges. I wrote the company and they walked me through a few steps and they are sending out a charger.

The unit I bought didn't work right at first. The seller was very responsive and helpful. He worked with me to try to get it going. We tried several things. When neither one of us had any more ideas to get it going he paid postage for me to send me to send the unit back to him and he sent me a replacement and that works great. He really impressed me as a diligent honest seller trying to do the right thing. He really went above and beyond what was required -- really great customer service (and I love the product".

Not very powerful, but better than pumping and at a reasonable price, compared to their competitors.
