This product is exactly what you would expect it to be. The sensors are small and compact and connect easily into the app. I tested them out when I set them up , using a small puddle to see how quickly / shallow of water it would pick up. And it worked flawless. The hub has a great sound and you’re able to change the volume and the alert tone as well via the app.The downside this set is:The hub takes up the space of two outlets. So you’ll need and outlet you do not use.The app is somewhat confusing and has a ton of adds. I was hoping I could have added it to the smart app I already had ( SmartLife) but it did not pick it up. So you have to use AirDot.Overall it’s a good product and the inconveniences are minor.

I like the HUB system with multiple sensors (sub-devices). This took a minute for me to intuit the app as I am a senior citizen, e.g. add device versus sub-device. But once I saw that it is organized as simply as possible in order to afford this convienience, it actually makes perfect sense, and greatly enhances the simplicity of the Smart System. I have like 6 different smart home apps and this is by far the most user friendly, yet comprehensive. I also love how the sensors are so small and easy to hide and that the batteries only need changed once per year. The system willl also let you know your battery and signal status, and will alert you if anything need attention. Everything can be connected and operated manually (by pushing buttons) or with the app so you have both old school or high tech options, whichever you choose.

Leak detectors look and feel high quality. They were so easy to setup and install. Love that the batteries had paper that had to be removed so battery life was not being used until installed. These leak detectors are so compact that they easily fit under my refrigerator and washing machine and are out of sight. I tested all my three sensors and they worked flawlessly when water was detected. The notifications sent were also great allowing me to know immediately if there is any water leaks. Using the app is a breeze and I love how the status of the detectors and the battery life is displayed. Highly recommend this product to anybody that have their air conditioner in the attic. This will give you peace of mind if the ac water line ever get backed up.

I love this product, this is much better than what I used before, which is a big company, name brand product. The other was a pain, the battery life was terrible and the set up and installation was complicated.These little pucks are easy to place anywhere they are wireless and they communicating with the plug in wall unit which can be placed anywhere where you have an outlet. The wall unit hooked up to your wifi and you are all set!The app is easy to use and user friendly. It even tells you the battery status of the pucks so it takes out the guess work when time comes to replace the battery. I did the set up when I bought the product and after that, kind of forgot the whole thing, until a recent rainy week when our basement had some leaks and one of the puck alarmed us so it already saved a tons of money because it is in our gym. I have two more strategically placed next to two sump pumps, so if they stop working and the water level rises I would know immediately and take action.So I highly recommend this product, it is great and easy to use and can save lots of money and headaches!
