These salsas gave me flashback to my childhood before you could only buy them in central American countries so I was so happy when I saw them on Amazon. This salsa is not a chips and salsa type of salsa. It's a sauce. This is perfect for pasta or if your are making any dishes that you want to put sauce on top. It has a sweet taste to it but it also has a very small spice that brings out the flavor. In my opinion I think this is the better version of Ragu spaghetti sauce.

I bought this brand because I wanted to try a salsa that I could keep in my pantry and use quickly but this is too sweet for salsa and very mild.
