This stick Hoover is ideal for my living room as I have a parrot and a budgie so you can imagine the seed and feathers and this picks them up with no problem whatsoever. It's easy to use and assembly is brilliant. Really easy to empty and because it's a bargainer it means a cylinder doesn't get dusty. There's a compact size and very durable. The battery lasts ages and like I said it's so durable that you're just taking off the shelf and do a quick turn with it and it picks it all up. Very easy to charge and just goes on the wall so it looks part of the furniture. I love this! Henry

I ordered henry after sending back a cheaper make which didn't even pick up on the boost mode , this henry is amazing , super powerfull , haven't needed boost on this one although I did try it and it nearly sucked up my carpet, in a good way , the suction is amazing , have done whole house and still not needed to charge again , glides well on hard floor and carpet , dust bag is good less messy dust everywhere , haven't smelt the air freshner yet , it is heavier than previous vacuum I had but I can live with that due to the fact it picks up so well , my only gripe would be it doesn't stand up on its own , so if you turn it off briefly you have to wedge it against something to stop it falling , that said all in all I am super pleased with henry and highly recommend , worth the money

I’d previously owned a corded Henry vacuum and loved it; it did an exceptionally good job. However, when my arthritis made it too painful to carry Henry upstairs (he is a heavy chap!) I switched to a stick hoover, not the Henry version, though. It took 3 useless, quickly broken versions before I realised my stupidity in not simply switching from a corded Henry to a cordless one. Admittedly, like its big brother, the stick hoover is still heavy but it’s manoeuvrable and easy to take upstairs. The charge lasts ages and it’s easy to remove bits to attach accessories or change the pod. I have a hairy border collie and it picks up all the hair. This means the pod fills quickly but with care, I emptied the pod and reused it. Don’t think this can be done too many times, but the replacement pods aren’t cheap. 4 stars instead of 5 just because it’s heavy compared to other similar machines and the pods are quite expensive.

Love this hoover. I had a shark which I'd had for about 10 years and felt I needed an upgrade! Henry is great. Powerful suction on the normal mode and the extra one nearly lifts the carpet! Great on hard floor as well. It's slightly heavier than the shark but manageable for me. I ordered the mini tool as well and it's definitely worth it for the stairs and even the car. I like the fact you can add the scent pods as well. it comes with one already so no need to buy straight away if you're not sure. Haven't had to empty it as yet but love the fact it's dust free and I don't have to put my hand in t make sure it's all empty!

Love my Henry cordless hoover. I hate corded ones and have had two shark cordless hoovers which I do not rate, I prefer this. Good suction.

I was sceptical at first, I’ve always had Henry hoovers but when my last one died I found they now make a cordless one so I thought I’d try it! Plus Amazon had a 37% discount at the time!! I love it! It’s just as powerful and the small bags which I thought wouldn’t last long lasted weeks! Battery life is great, I live in a large 3 bed house and I can hoover it top to bottom at least 3 times without having to charge the battery. It’s so convenient, it sits in its dock so I can get to it easily. My daughter has extremely long hair and it gets wrapped around the bar, but the bar easily pops out for cleaning. The weight surprised me, I’ve not used a cordless before and this weighs 3kg. It’s only a problem for me when cleaning up high. This said, I’m pleased with my purchase, the weight more than makes up for not having to fight with the cord!! Now I can hoover the car without having to find the extension lead!

Mine has broken after 17 months. I contacted the supplier as it has a two year warranty, but they told me to contact Amazon. I have tried everything but cannot find any way of contacting customer service. HELP please.

Brilliant, well constructed. Extremely power and the battery goes on for ages. We’ve had Dyson, Shark and Gtech stick vacuums in the past. This is by far the best! Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a stick vacuum.
