Q: Are the tyres turf tyres?

If by "turf tyre" you mean wide and flat to distribute weight, then the answer is no. The tyres are quite narrow and consequently concentrate the load. I find they significantly flatten grass as they pass over it - far more than, for example, a ride-on lawnmower does. If you were making frequent trips over the same patch of ground I think you would start to see damage.

Q: Do the sides remove to make a flat bed if needed?

Yes they do. my only critisism is the tail gate, you have to be careful that everything fits properly as any misfit can lead to buckling.

Q: Is the trailer suitable to Kubota ride on mowers?

It's a simple hole and pin arrangement, I have a countax and it fits fine.
