Ordered a watch and insurance was an option. Since watch was so inexpensive decided to order the insurance. Price was good and easy to order. Watch is great and haven’t needed the insurance.

For a $41.28 Timex watch that broke with less than 3 months normal use - I thought it would be under warranty and/or the extra protection plan I purchased would cover it. But NO - I have to ship it AT MY OWN COST, then it will take 3-4 months to repair it. This is a racket and designed to confuse the buyers. I trust Amazon to offer good products. The price was more than fair.

Nice product but band was too tight for a larger wrist.

I have problems with watches so felt the protection was worth it for the price.
