Can we believe Sole 2 Labor Warranty? OR Do I need to buy extended warranty? If so please suggest some good one.

As far as I know, the company is a reputable one. We've had our machine for almost 2 years and I use it three times a week. We haven't had any issues with it, so I haven't needed to use the warranty. How tall from floor when maximum inclined

With my tennis shoes on I am 6' tall. I put the Incline up to level 20 and measured at my highest point and that came to 88" from the floor to the top of my head. The level button only goes to level 15 so I pushed it until it reached the level 20. Our room height is 95" from floor to the ceiling.

Can this machine go in my home gym which is carpeted?

If the carpet gives off fibers those fibers may build up on the rail track but all that means is you would want to wipe the rails before you use it. It would take you all of 10 seconds with a cloth. I don't even think the fibers would do anything but they might cause squeaking as the polyurethane wheels press on the fibers and the rails.Other than the fibers I wouldn't see there being an issue with this on a carpet.

How is Sole Fitness's customer service? I don't mind spending $1k+ on a machine, but I expect it to last years. Schwinn machines have initially positive reviews, but their machines tend to break down fast, and ttheir CS is apparently atrocious..

I have a year old Sole E85 treadmill and my Sole E35 elliptical is about 3 months old. I assembled the machines myself and I haven't had to deal with their customer service yet (knock on wood). Prior to buying both machines I've read reviews there were good and bad reviews of Sole, but the majority were positive.
